2. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Delivery Timeframe:
Once handed over to our shipping partner, delivery typically takes:

- Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 2–3 business days.
- Delta, Canal Governorates, and Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your delivery location/governorate. Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate the delivery time. Please ensure your contact details are accurate. If a delivery fails after multiple attempts due to non-response, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Order Inspection & Issues

We highly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
